I remember a young man who came to see me. He was 26 or 27 years old and had quit his job in the system. He said, "I don't feel happy at all, I have no money, no work, and no freedom." I asked him what he could do and what his major was in college. He said he had forgotten most of the knowledge from college and after graduation didn't know what to do so he joined the system. But it was too boring for him so he quit now but can't find any good jobs.

"Older generations would say that you should not easily give up on your current job," I told him. "You may not be bad at some things compared with your peers, and you are very suitable for working in a government agency." But blindly quitting is your own problem.

Don't let emotions control your choices. Doing anything requires courage but you must understand how to minimize risk costs before quitting will greatly improve your ability to resist risks and reduce risk costs.

"I'm unhappy at work so I quit," someone says. "I'm miserable so I quit," another person says. "I am criticized by my superiors or ostracized by my colleagues," yet another one says.

But before making such decisions, ask yourself: Why are you unhappy? Why are you miserable? Why were you criticized or ostracized?

And ultimately ask yourself why this happens to you rather than others.

Your journey may not be replicable like someone else's; knowing your core competencies is important as well.

In recent times there has been a trend where people have been inspired by those who travel the world after quitting their jobs and write books about it only later becoming famous while living freely without worrying about regular employment hours like ordinary people might envy them for their carefree lives

My friend once envied such lives when she heard stories of traveling around the world after leaving her job then writing books which brought her some income

However as time went on she found out that she couldn’t afford daily expenses even less save money thus became afraid of asking parents for help

When survival becomes an issue many people start questioning themselves

The moment when they realize they cannot sustain themselves economically even if they dare not ask family members for financial support many begin questioning whether they truly belong in that life style

So when answering readers' questions about whether they should follow suit (ditching their jobs) based on my story - “you will achieve success” - keep this one thing in mind: What skills do YOU possess?

Those wishing to walk other peoples' paths need consider whether they share those individuals' core strengths.

Are we going through mountains rivers lakes or seas? Are we walking alone through our respective worlds

This article discusses three aspects:

1. The importance of understanding one's capabilities before taking action

2. The danger of letting emotions guide decision-making

3. The uniqueness of each individual's path

To avoid regrets choose wisely.
