王珞丹：我没有天赋，但我也能更好。关于激励的视频短片。

北京王府井地铁站，满屏都是王珞丹为NIKE拍摄的广告牌，画面中的王珞丹素面朝天、眼神坚定，全神贯注的练习一个舞蹈动作。

一直觉得演员这个职业很光鲜，需要把自己最好的一面呈现给观众。看到王珞丹的一篇叙述自己学习舞蹈的经历，原来再优秀的人也会遇到自己的短板。是的，很多人再抱怨自己没有天赋的同时就放弃了努力，但不去做，你怎么知道自己不可以？

我小学同桌，有天跟我聊起太阳真好，随手就拿铅笔画了一个正圆。

真的，我后来用圆规测量过，钉在圆心划一圈，一丝不差，就是正圆。

这个事实像毒辣的日头一样震撼了我。

渐渐地，我发现世界并不公平。比如，一些人天生能听出细微的音高差别，这个地方恐怖，在于，他们能听出来的是节拍，我连概念都没有。

6岁那年，我第一次站在舞蹈室中央。我妈妈送进门，看了一眼，然后说：“孩子啊，你从小到大撒野撒得我本来都麻木了但很快要上小学了还是希望你最后一搏做个知书达理跳舞棒棒的小姑娘。”

I understand, so when I was 6 years old, my mom sent me to a dance class. She told me that she hoped I would become a good dancer and be able to attend school.

The teacher taught us how to turn in place, but I couldn't follow the others. They all seemed to be spinning like they were on different planets, while I just looked like a headless chicken.

That year, I realized that if you're going to dance in front of people, you'll hear applause-like laughter. So at age 17 when applying for Beijing Film Academy,

I chose not to audition with a dance routine but sang an original song instead. That day felt cool.

Years later,

I found myself standing in another rehearsal room again – this time by choice. But as before,

the memory of the embarrassment from my childhood still lingered within me.

Again and again,

I tried dancing despite knowing it was futile because of my lack of natural talent.

But each time,

my body felt heavier than before until finally accepting defeat once more after months of training.

Yet even then,

something inside me refused to give up on this dream called dancing – perhaps because it made me feel alive and content than any other experience had ever done so far.

At last

As long as we keep striving no matter what challenges life throws our way,

we can always become better versions of ourselves.

And though some may claim they have no gift or talent whatsoever,

it is crucial not let such doubts deter them from pursuing their passions with courage.
